You may request a refund within 25 days of purchasing a model or credits on our platform under the following conditions:
Unused Credits: You have not used any of the purchased credits to execute projects.
Unopened Models: You have not downloaded or attempted to use the purchased model.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Credits used to execute projects.
Models that have been downloaded or attempted to be used.
Purchases made more than 25 days ago.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@inode-ai.com within 25 days of your purchase. Please include the following information:
Your username.
Order number or transaction ID.
Reason for requesting a refund.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days, if it meet our conditions and you have provided all needed information.
